Hey guys, it's Mark again, and we're doing our weekly blog update! Now, last week we couldn't post because we had to work on our projects. So I'll be telling about things in the last two weeks. On Thursday this week we got to see what dissolved in water and alcohol and what didn't. one of the, I think it was iron chloride, if not it was iron sulfate, smelled sickly sweet and looked like a tiny chunk of poop! This is no joke that' actually what it looked like! We also did some other stuff like sugar and copper sulfate. Weirdest of all, there was a chemical called Neroline Yara Yara! It was so weird, like something Merasmus from TF2 would say, or something from a Crash Bandicoot game. None of them really dissolved that much, some did over time though. Also, over the course of this week, some people have been presenting their projects in social studies, in things like Minecraft and OBS. Shout out to Kevin for having a hilarious video! same to you Zoe and Lucy over on Zulu news! Lots of other cool things including a collage of Delaware by Soli and Michelle, and a Minecraft world by Elle and yours truly, and a monopoly game by Jude and Scarlett. Sorry to any names that got missed out, but all of the projects were cool! Last week there wasn't much, some project and article work, along with some surface area and volume lessons. Also, from now on, there might be a few student made items that they requested to be put into the blog. So be ready for those! Also, lots of scale models are done, including a cubee sans by me, a giant magic card by Kyle, a gaming computer by rowan, and a big bridge without a name on or by it. If you know who made this, congratulate them! If you made it, then great job! Actually we have two field trips incoming, they are the living computer museum on June 8'th, and a field trip on a boat where we get to go out and see at the bottom of the ocean from a camera and get to see samples of it! We have WAY over enough chaperones for that one! maybe some could go to the computer museum too... anyway, That'll wrap up the blog on this post. Hope you guys have a great mothers day! Bye!
