The setting is no one place but Alex, the main character, is mostly on the soccer field. One of the main events so far is Alex winning the U-20 cup. Alex was also able to score a goal in the U-20 world cup! She says in the book that, "Making that goal was one of he best feelings of my life"

The main character in this book is named Noah. His dad thinks that a gambling boat is dumping its holding tank into the ocean, so he sinks the boat. he goes to jail for it. Noah proves that his dad is right with the help of his sister Abby.
